What You'll Do:
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be instrumental in bringing our visual projects to life, from initial concept to flawless execution. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of creativity, technical precision, and collaborative effort:
- Conceptualize & Design: Translate project briefs and ideas into innovative and effective visual designs for a wide range of applications, including developing compelling concepts, layouts, and final artwork.
- Prepare for Production: Meticulously prepare design files for various production methods (e.g., rotary, laser, vinyl, heat transfer printing, general craft), ensuring technical accuracy, resolution, and colour profiles are optimized for perfect output.
- Maintain Brand Integrity: Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all design collateral, ensuring visual harmony and strengthening brand identity where applicable.
- Collaborate & Manage: Work closely with team members to understand project requirements, provide expert design input, efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough reviews of all design work to guarantee accuracy, top-tier quality, and strict adherence to specifications before final approval.
- Stay Ahead: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest design software, industry trends, and creative techniques to enhance our design output and efficiency.
- Organize & Optimize: Effectively manage and maintain digital design assets and project files for easy retrieval and future use.
What We're Looking For:
We need a design professional who lives and breathes visuals. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting engaging and effective designs for a variety of applications.
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery is a MUST-HAVE: You must be expertly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. Show us how you wield these tools to create stunning work.
- A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases your creativity, technical precision, and understanding of design principles.
- Excellent grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
- The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
