About the position

We are seeking a well-presented Electrical Supervisor to work at a reputable mine based in Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Electrical Trade Test Certificate
  • Foreman / Supervisory Certificate
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an underground electrician and at least 3 years' experience in an electrical supervisory capacity
  • Must have experience and knowledge on underground rail bound equipment, including battery and electric locomotives, pumping, pneumatic and hydraulic power pack systems (electrical portion)
  • Experience with various underground machinery such as winches, chairlifts etc as well as a good understanding of underground electrical reticulation
