You will lead our digital department and manage a team of 12 specialists. You will guide the strategy for our clients and oversee paid media campaigns across major channels. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on platform optimization to help our clients grow. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the digital strategy for the agency's client portfolio.
• Manage and mentor a department of 12 specialized digital professionals.
• Oversee paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Audit and optimize campaign performance directly inside platform backends.
• Manage digital platform billing, client budgets, and account reconciliations.
• Build clear marketing quotations, scopes of work, and pitch proposals.
• Work with creative teams to build high-performing digital content.

Must Have!

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Required Experience

• 7 to 10 years of total experience in digital marketing.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams, ideally in an agency setup.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• A good understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics 4.
• Great communication skills and confidence when presenting to clients.
• A positive attitude and a passion for growing a team.
