About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketer who understands how customers actually shop for tyres and wheels. Your goal is simple: drive enquiries, bookings, calls, and foot traffic, not just awareness.
You'll manage day-to-day digital activity across paid media, website performance, content, and local SEO, working closely with sales and operations to turn demand into revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing, learning, and improving performance week by week.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Drive measurable outcomes: quote requests, bookings, calls, store visits
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and continuously test creatives & landing pages
Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Update and improve website content and user journeys
- Ensure products, promotions, and seasonal offers are clearly presented
- Improve page speed, mobile experience, and booking flows
- Track performance using GA and related tools
Local Search & Online Presence
- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profiles for maximum visibility
- Maintain accurate listings, reviews, and location data
- Support branch-level or regional marketing where needed
Content & Campaigns
- Create digital content to support promotions
- Run seasonal campaigns (e.g., winter tyres, specials, clearance)
- Align campaigns with stock availability and pricing
Reporting & Insights
- Provide clear reporting on campaign performance
- Turn data into practical, commercial recommendations
- Support management with insights that link marketing activity to sales targets
Required
- Digital marketing experience (retail or automotive ideal)
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics
- Understanding of lead generation, funnels, and performance marketing
- CMS experience + basic SEO
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Ability to manage budgets and optimise spend
