Obtaining a Job Profile from the Client with clear time frames. Search Our Database: Match the right candidate to the right job. Pre-screen our candidates: Including the reference check, criminal and ITC check where necessary. Behavioural reporting and resume to the client. Candidate interview(s) with the client SUCCESFUL PLACEMENT!
We supply personalised and detailed contracts to our temporary workers. These are designed to protect our client’s and candidate's interests. We do on site visits once a week to collect all timesheets from our temps and to ensure client and temp satisfaction. We deal with all staffing issues as far as our temps are concerned so that our clients and their managers can focus on their core business. We pay our temps on a weekly basis, and ensure that all statutory requirements are dealt with. We handle all grievance and disciplinary procedures with our temps.
Permanent & Contract Placements
We take care to ensure that our clients are presented with individuals, that don't only fit the job spec, but also the culture of their company. We do regular follow-ups with our clients when we place a permanent candidate, to ensure that they are happy with our candidate.
