Subsequent to obtaining a detailed understanding of the clients operations and especially their corporate culture, Recruitment Solutions will strive to produce top quality service. Recruitment Solutions recognises that the personnel and staffing functions are pivotal for the future success of a corporation and that a company is only as good as the people who work there.
SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS
All applicants will be thoroughly screened, interviewed and assessed before they are referred to clients. Each applicant will be well briefed about the company structure and position available. All references, ITC checks, possible personality profiles and medical examinations will be available at clients request. Once again, it will be Recruitment Solutions responsibility to guarantee the quality of applicants introduced to clients.
The client will be liable for payment to Recruitment Solutions when the applicant accepts an offer of employment and commences in any capacity with the client. The placement fee is the percentage of the applicants gross annual package according to Recruitment Solutions fee structure and is payable within 14 days of the applicant commencing employment.
