Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and qualify high-value B2B prospects through networking, digital engagement, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Own and manage a forecast-driven pipeline across established and emerging markets
- Lead consultative engagements with C-suite and senior executives to deeply understand their workspace needs and deliver strategic solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing, project management) to craft bespoke, high-impact solutions
- Guide complex deal cycles with professionalism and persistence-overcoming objections, securing buy-in, and celebrating each close
- Gather ongoing market and competitor intelligence, sharing insights that help refine offerings and enhance client value

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B solution selling experience (interior solutions, workspace transformation, or similar industries preferred)
- Proven success in building and closing complex, consultative deals
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
