About the position
Vacancy exists for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large student accommodation building in Hatfield, Pretoria.
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary qualification
2+ year's property management experience
Duties
Negotiating and Managing SLA's with services providers i.e. elevators, cleaning, security etc.
Negotiates leases/renewals.
Prepares lease document.
Ensures that accurate student schedules are maintained for each building.
Vacancy schedule is updated.
Compiles monthly management report pack.
Student liaison.
Amends vacancy schedule.
Updates student schedule.
Student correspondence.
Annual audit preparation.
Student complaints.
Salary Bracket
R25 000 to R40 000 per month CTC depending on experience and qualifications.
