Client seeks a forklift workshop manager to provide sales, service and ensure profitability by maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. Grade 12 required, qualified diesel mechanic with some electrical experience and with 3-5 years' workshop management experience: including staff management, workshop operations, workshop administration, maintaining customer satisfaction, reporting, asset management, co-ordinating recoveries and warranty claims, ensuring quality standards are met, manage workshop budget and ensure health and safety standards are met. Embrace system is used. Candidate must be able to work under pressure, able to motivate the team and be proactive in the day-to-day forklift workshop activities.
