About the position

• Ensuring on time deliveries to our clients.
• Supporting the individual departments within the warehouse to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Drive overall company delivery perfomance by building strong relationship with internal. stakeholders to ensure goods are available for delivery.
• Oversee and support all divisions within the supply chain: Dispatch, Fabric Stores, Warehouse, Express & Returns inbound.
• Managing Company logistics and courier.
• Managing Senior members within the supply chain that will directly report into you.
• Provide Support and Training to the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate delivery planning.
• Planning for monthly deliveries to ensure on-time deliveries to our customer.
• Develop and implement stragetic process within each division of the supply chain to ensure efficiency and growth.
• Undestanding of the system requirements within the supply chain and the ability to support the team in ensuring systems work effectively.
• Responsible for housekeeping within the department.
• Monthly reporting back to the Exco team on Departmental perfomance as well as company delivery perfomance.
• Co-ordination with both Production and Procuremnt on goods manufactured, and/or received to enusre goods are available on time for delivery.
