About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Returns Specialist with all Admin duties
  • Compile Proof of Deliveries, Invoices, Etc
  • Update excel files with all information required
  • Follow up with 3rd party provider on returns collection and documents
  • Communicate to Sales/Finance/Logistics and report on returns status
  • Assist in receiving of returns in warehouse
  • Assist in communications to coastal regions

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Having worked on SAP will be an advantage
  • Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a Logistics environment
  • Must have Excel experience
