Technical Manager

About the position

Our client, a reputable private hospital in Limpopo is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical team and manage, improve and optimise the technical operations within the facility. To act as the management representative for Quality Management System and Occupational Health Safety.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Technical Department of Hospital
• Manage and support technical projects within the Hospital environment
• Manage and mitigate Technical Department risk within the Hospital
• Oversee the management and maintenance of building and equipment
• Oversee and manage on-site contractors at the Hospital
• Ensure quality management and continuous improvement within Technical Department
• Lead and manage the people in the Technical team
• Manage and control department budget / finances
• Sustainability and plant management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• N6, S4, T4 with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Heavy Current thermodynamics; electro engineering)
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience within a hospitality environment with an N6, S4 or T4 qualification
