About the position
In the Platform IDP Subproduct, we provide the platform identity providers for the client’s Group. In doing so, we rely on the consistent use of standards. You ensure the future viability for the application development of IT. Ability to innovate, and a highly efficient operation of the web infrastructure are a success factor of the client’s Group.
We offer you an innovative and challenging field of activity in the Platform IDP Subproduct. With our central authentication solutions as an optimal basis for the development of cloud applications (e.g., microservices) and solutions related to the Internet of Things on platforms such as SAP, AWS, and AZURE. As part of your job, you will be responsible for the implementation of authentication solutions and increase the level of automation of the deployed solutions as an enabler for "Leading Edge Operations".
You analyse market trends with foresight and pro-actively build the required know-how.
You work very closely with the web operations and the platform and infrastructure partners of the IT and Business organisation on the solutions. You actively coordinate with the users of the solutions, the solution architects as well as the IT security. In an international and challenging environment, you will advise the architect network, strategic software development projects and application management and you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the solutions.
Perform StartUp Management (Go-live preparation and post Go-live support) based on the already performed Proof of Concept, in particular:

SubProduct Owner:
Working closely with the WEBEAM Product Owner and the Line manager to steer and support the feature team(s) from a technical point of view.
Manage a technical team in the SubProduct Owner role to fulfil the prioritised requirements for IDP SAP CIS product using agile methodologies.
Collaborate with the client’s AG Business and IT Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
Be the first point of contact for product owners, operations teams and testers regarding any queries relating to requirements and tech quality.
Guide the team on how to promote efficiency out of self-organised teams.
Monitor team development progress and ensure that user stories are completed on time.
Responsible for SAP CIS of central sector and their guidelines.
Timely escalations of Sub Product risks to the Product Owners if timelines, deliverables, or operational goals cannot be fulfilled.
Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, and licences for the team in coordination with the Product Owner and Line manager in charge.
Assist to ensure stability of systems and adherence of the team to the client’s Group’s Operations standards.
Assist to maintain a stable Operations standby list for the team.
Assist Product Owner in identifying tech resource gaps within the team.
Assist Product Owner in identifying additional training required within the teams.
Mentor team.
Ensure quality and up to date content of the knowledge base for the sub-product.
Ensure quality and up to date content of the Sub-Product and compliance required documentation.
Manage Problem, Incident and Change process for dedicated ITSM service.
Upon demand willing to work on weekends (changes).
Keep documentation up to date in all relevant systems (e. g. as is configuration CMDB/Application Instance. Wizard, to be configuration Connect IT, knowledge database resolveIT).
Attend and moderate operation meetings.
Coordinate external contractors.
Manage security vulnerabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
ITIL certification (advantageous)
Any Scrum certification (advantageous)
Minimum of 5 years of IT operations experience
Minimum of 3 years of ITIL work experience
Minimum of 3 years of Scrum work experience
Minimum of 5 years in a Team Lead / Agile Master environment
Essential Skills Requirements:
Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM such as Problem-Incident-Change processes
Expertise in agile development and DevOps incl. JIRA / Confluence
Knowledge of current IT architectures, vendors, and trends
Professional communication and documentation skills
Project and Start-up Management experience
