About the position

Client based in JHB North seeks the services of Strategic Operations Coordinator focusing on experiences, including deep dive analysis to identify, develop, and launch solutions to optimize the experience based on identified pain points and opportunities. This role will also assist with developing the processes and tools to bring more efficiency to the overall team's work.
Experience & Enablement

? Own the consumer and driver experiences across the venues and events portfolio in
Sub-Saharan Africa.
? Work with external partners on crafting a 5-star pick-up and drop-off experience
? Identify and seek solutions to pain points that may degrade consumer and driver experience and trust (i.e. fraud, support interactions, marketplace dynamics, etc.)
? Support with user research and data analysis to help the team develop insights on riders and driver experiences across venues.
? Be an expert on our consumer and employee tech/tooling capabilities and partner with product teams to identify opportunities to improve these through new products, features,
and enhancements.
? Monitor and analyze the performance of venue experience metrics, and recommend adjustments to optimize results and growth.
? Build strong relationships with stakeholders across key venues to collaborate with on venue requirements Day to day
? Bring your analytical A-game: You'll build project plans and case studies to better understand trends, provide useful insights, and track the productivity of initiatives to ensure we're driving toward the best possible outcomes.
? Build insightful reports and presentations to communicate business performance & strategic opportunities.
? Creative thinking and problem-solving: Deep dive into our biggest marketplace and core experience challenges and navigate high-touch issues through critical thinking and
ideation.
? Lead initiatives: You’ll lead initiatives, strategies, and processes and work with other operations teams across the world to grow strategic and long-term opportunities.
? Stakeholder management: You’ll have to build strong relationships with external partners to understand their processes and seamlessly integrate them with the company's platform

Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree
? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
? Fluent in English
? Data-first problem solver with good Excel/data management
? Strong verbal and written communication skills and capacity to manage internal and
external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in strategy, operations, user research, and project management
? Strong attention to detail, a history of delivering high-quality output,
? Experience taking initiative in a constantly changing work environment; resilience to overcome challenges and deliver during fluid conditions.
? Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making; fluency in SQL is a plus.
? Penchant for problem-solving. The right person is energized by problems and loves to
obsess about the details.
