About the position

PURPOSE OF JOB:

PROCESSES AND COORDINATE, ACCOUNT AND FORECAST FOR ALL STOCK ITEMS.

TO MANAGE, MAXIMIZE AND CONTROL STOCK USAGE AND REORDERING PROCESS IN LINE WITH OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS.



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The brief includes managing stock imports:

  • Managing stock imports
  • Legislations pertaining to stock imports
  • Currency exchanges
STOCK CONTROL

  • RECEIVING OF GREEN BEANS AND ANY OTHER RAW MATERIALS OR BULK PRODUCTS AND ADHERING TO CORRECT PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES
  • COORDINATING AND MANAGE OFFLOAD OF CONTAINERS AND ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS RECEIVED INCLUDING BRC PROCEDURES.
  • MAKING SURE THERE IS ALWAYS ENOUGH SPACE FOR ALL STOCK COMING IN AND ADHERING TO REGULATIONS
  • COORDINATING AND MANAGING MOVEMENT BETWEEN RECEIVING WAREHOUSE AND WAREHOUSE OFFSITE
  • KEEPING GREEN BEAN STOCK UP TO DATE AND REPORTING ON GREEN BEAN STOCK
  • ASSISTING WITH GREEN BEAN PURCHASING IN LINE WITH BRC REGULATIONS
  • KEEPING BULK PRODUCTS UP TO DATE AND REPORTING ON BULK STOCK
  • COMMUNICATING WITH LUCIA & LA-QUELLE TO PLACE ANY ORDERS FOR IMPORTED BULK PRODUCTS
  • RECONCILING PHYSICAL STOCK IN RECEIVING WAREHOUSE WITH STOCK ON ACCOUNTING SYSTEM AND PROCESS CORRECTIONS
  • CONTROL AND COORDINATING OF ANY BULK PRODUCT NEEDED FOR MANUFACTURING FROM RECEIVING WAREHOUSE
  • RECONCILING PHYSICAL STOCK IN ROASTING WAREHOUSE WITH STOCK ON ACCOUNTING SYSTEM AND PROCESS CORRECTIONS
  • MANAGING STOCK LEVELS REGARDING ALL PACKAGING

  • PLACE ANY ORDERS FOR IMPORTED PACKAGING
  • MANAGING SPACE FOR ALL PACKAGING STOCK WITH SUPPORT FROM PRODUCTION STAFF
  • PROCESSING OF STOCK MOVEMENT BETWEEN ALL WAREHOUSES – IBT’S
  • REVIEWING AND MANAGING STOCK MOVEMENT BETWEEN ALL WAREHOUSES
  • KEEPING ALL BILL OF MATERIAL (BOM’S) UP TO DATE ON XPERDYTE
  • REVIEWING AND MANAGING STOCK CODES USED IN MANUFACTURING
  • WEEKLY AND MONTHLY STOCK TAKES IN ALL WAREHOUSES
- RECEIVING WAREHOUSE – W1 (WEEKLY)

- ROASTING WAREHOUSE – W2 (WEEKLY)

- BLEND WAREHOUSE – W3 (WEEKLY)

- PACKAGING WAREHOUSE – W4 (MONTHLY)

  • REPORTING ON STOCK ON HAND AND ANY SLOW-MOVING ITEMS
  • REVIEWING AND RECONCILING PHYSICAL STOCK ON HAND AND STOCK ON ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
  • ASSISTING IN CREATING NEW PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT CODES ON ACCOUNTING SYSTEM AND XPERDYTE
  • MANAGING YEAR END STOCK TAKE FOR YEARLY AUDIT
  • ASSISTING IN YEARLY BRC AUDIT AND MAKING SURE ALL PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING STOCK ARE
ADHERING TO BRC REGULATIONS

  • ASSISTING IN COSTING OF PRODUCTS
  • REVIEWING COST OF ALL PRODUCTS ON ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
  • HELP CO-WORKERS BY PERFORMING DUTIES OF LESSER SKILL SUCH AS PROVIDING SUPPORT
  • GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING – KEEPING WORK AREA CLEAN AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH BRC REQUIREMENTS.
