About the position
Spray Painter / Polisher
Join a dynamic team in a leading Automotive & Marine company! They're expanding and seeking a talented Spray Painter / Polisher to join their them.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for spraying.
- Ensure colors are meticulously matched to panel standards.
- Mix paint colors accurately.
- Apply texture paint onto panels.
- Polish newly sprayed panels for a flawless finish.
- Perform 3-coat color jobs on panels.
- Utilize blonding lacquer techniques with color tints.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work autonomously.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Clean driving license.
- Team player with a pleasant, honest, and mature demeanor.
