About the position
Well established company based in Pinetown/Westmead KZN is looking for a SolidWorks Draftsman to join their team.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or Diploma in Mechanical engineering
Skills:
Needs to be familiar with SolidWorks.
Duties:
Compile engineering drawings
Prepare general arrangement drawings
Create and develop 3D models
Create and update cutting lists in accordance with Drawing Office Standards
Do site measurements.
Select the best possible components for designs.
Maintain effective communication with all departments.
Ensure production schedules are kept up to date with the current status.
