We are in search of a dynamic Account Director with a strong background in digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will stay updated on advertising and digital trends, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Lead client meetings, managing protocols and agendas effectively
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate status reports
• Develop comprehensive agendas for productive meetings and deliver thorough contact reports promptly
• Foster strong client relationships through daily communication and proactive assistance
• Facilitate honest conversations with clients to ensure excellence and trust
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
• Take ownership of project timelines and ensure alignment with client requirements and strategies
• Provide clear and inspiring briefs to creative and production teams
• Stay informed about the latest digital and social trends
• Keep abreast of the latest digital and social trends in accordance with industry best practice

Qualifications

Requirements / Experience / Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Communications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in an Advertising Agency or similar environment
• Proficiency in Office 365 (i.e. Word/Teams/SharePoint/Excel etc.)
• Well versed in Digital
• A good command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills (well organized)
• Strong numerical skills (financial & budget management experience)
• Ability to multitask (work on multiple tasks at any given time)
