About the position

to Supervise the day-to-day operations of your site, which includes planning, supervising, and coordinating efforts across key functional areas to ensure that the organisation runs smoothly.

Fullfilment :

  • Conduct Roll call and post it on the various platforms
  • Complete the fulfillment tracker as well as the attendance tracker and submit it to the Site Manager on a daily basis
  • Arrange back up staff/Replacements for shortfalls on shifts
  • Schedule staff in accordance with the cliensts requirements and ensure the schedule is posted in the group timeously
  • Arrange transport for staff if required and ensure transport list is submitted to the planning team timeously.
  • Assist in forecasting resource requirements and ensure that recruitment campaigns are carried out in a timely manner to ensure that sufficient resources are in place to achieve agreed SLA and quality targets.

Payroll Management:

  • Supervise and Coordinate the operational payroll function for the regional and ensure that the process is followed in alignment with the SOP.
  • Complete the time sheet for the Site and ensure the time sheets are submittedto the payroll department.
  • Manage all leave accounts for the Site and ensure that staff applies for leave on the ESS Application.
  • Print Rosters and Time sheets for staff daily/weekly
  • Ensure Ackowldegements of Debt reachers the payroll department timeously
  • Ensure that terminations is done and send to the payroll department timeously
  • Handle all payqueries that has escalated and ensure that it is resolved.

IR Management:

  • Manage the full operational IR process by ensuring Operational teams follows the processes outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Represent the company at the CCMA when required.
  • Upload all IR matters on the trackers.
  • Initiate day-to-day disciplinary action

Employee Record Keeping:

  • Ensure all staff documents is up to date and upload the documents on the HR system.
  • Recruit staff in accordance with the operational needs of the client
  • Ensures that all new starters are successfully onboarded and registered on the ESS Application.
  • Successfully onboard new starters on payspace.

Client Relations:

  • Full accountability and Supervision of internal and external scorecards.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly client score card meetings.
  • Ensure that the Score cards are prepared and submitted to the client weekly/monthly.
