About the position
Client based in woodstock is seeking to employ individual as a Service/Returns Clerk on contract basis
Requirements
Matric
Experience in product testing and repairs
Fluent in English
Computer literate with intermediate office skills
Valid drivers licence
Excellent problem solving
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods from customers and stores promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate stock movements and transfers between different branches and warehouses.
- Conduct thorough testing of products to assess functionality and identify issues, inhouse or onsite.
- Perform repairs on products, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Ensure the timely and accurate return of items to customers, meeting company procedures.
- Collaborate with the Service Team Leader and colleagues to streamline processes and enhance departmental efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members, regarding stock movement.
- Maintain organized records of stock movements, testing results, and repairs.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Team Leader to address any emerging issues or concerns.
- Follow all reasonable instructions from the Service Team Leader.
