Service Controller

About the position

Job Description:
Ensuring prompt response and resolution of breakdowns while maintaining professionalism and meeting company KPIs.
Responsibilities include coordinating technician scheduling, ensuring timely completion of service jobs, and assisting in obtaining valid order numbers.
You'll manage technician planning, STH (Short Term Hire) services, used stock, sublets, costing, invoicing, and administrative support for the Service Manager.

Additional duties involve maintaining communication between service and sales departments, analyzing sublet reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Call centre training qualification or 1 year of call centre service admin experience
• Proficiency in email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficient technician planning and labor recovery
• Ensure completion of STH services and load testing
• Manage service timeline and approvals for additional repairs
• Maintain updated records for used stock and sublets
• Process invoices accurately and within SOPs
• Provide administrative support and liaise with suppliers
• Uphold company code of conduct and policies.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of forklift products
• Call centre service

• Grade 12 / Matric
