About the position
PURPOSE
The main purpose of this position is to provide efficient an effective administrative, communication and financial support service to the Educare Centre and Head in a manner that supports and contributes to a responsive, effective, and efficient service. The incumbent is responsible for the provision of the general administrative functions required for the office to function optimally.
KEY AREAS
- Effective administration of the Head's office and the reception/foyer area
- Finance Administration
- Enrolment Management
- Resource management: procurement
- Front Office Administration
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- NQF 4, Matric (office administration qualifications preferable)
- 2 years administrative experience (experience with the Organisation's systems and procedures preferable)
