About the position
Established Recruitment Company (1998) is looking to appoint an "Old School", Senior Recruitment Consultant. Capable of running your own desk from initial client interaction, taking the job spec, sourcing and presenting suitable candidates and finalising all detail related to the placement and invoicing. Inside to these processes, the successful applicant will understand the process, value of client and candidate interaction, sales and sales targets, proactivity to ensure results, be in it for the long haul, keen to make sales without being desperate, excellent in all forms of communication and social media interaction, completely computer proficient and confident in achieving sales resultant from a track record. Areas we cover at perm recruitment sales with the majority of our placements being in management, technical, engineering, manufacturing, production, financial, admin, sales and other specialised sectors as per individual consultants areas of expertise. We do not do Remote Office Overseas placements and/ or IT or Nursing Hourly Sales roles and will not consider candidates who have worked in these sectors. Although we occasionally work from home, this is an interactive role and will be largely office based. Candidates should be suitably located in proximity to the Table View area to facilitate working from the office without inconvenience.
