Senior Manager: Infrastructure Services/Facilities Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• B Tech Degree or Bachelor's Degree in facilities management, property, management, engineering, business studies, finance or equivalent.
• Professional registration will be an added advantage SAFMA, IFMA, etc.,
• 8 to 10 Years' experience in Facilities management.
• 3 to 5 years' senior management experience would be an added advantage.

POSITION OUTPUTS

• Overall management of the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of facilities management service delivery to the organisation.
• Develop, maintain and coordinate effective delivery of infrastructure and asset management services.
• Design and implement solutions that support the operational processes of managing assets.
• Engage directly with business leaders to design, prioritise and deliver an infrastructure which provides all required asset data at any given time during or after its life cycle.
• Develop and implement asset and infrastructure risk treatment plans in accordance with identified risks.
• Ensure optimisation of asset utilisation across the company in consultation with the different research divisions, and aligned to the company's strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage all leases through effective contract management and liaison with various lines of business.
• Implement planned, preventative and emergency maintenance in line with the strategic requirements set out.
• Ensure that a 3-year, 5-year and 10-year preventative maintenance plan is in place for all facilities.
