About the position
To design and implement detailed solution of Linux compute & storage platform infrastructure and solutions, ensuring performance, availability and resiliency requirements are met as well as provide up to 3rd level BAU escalation support ensuring the current-state and future-state Linux based infrastructure technology solutions and innovations meet the standards of a world class tier 1 in performance and supportability and can be delivered at price points that enable the client to offer competitive services in terms of cost, speed, reliability and related ease of market access for the clients.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Honours in Computer Science
- Certified Linux Engineer
- Redhat Certification
- 10 years IT working experience including 5 years in an engineering and a solution design role within a complex multi-vendor compute and storage environment or similar working experience in a Financial Industry
- Oracle
- Automation Technology (Ansible, etc.)
- High Speed Latency Hardware
- Development in the Linux Space
- Networking Protocols
- Financial Services industry
