About the position

Background

We are a leading digital technology firm specializing in the solar and recycling sectors, operating two robust online B2B platforms. Our solar platform, established in 2005, commands a significant presence within the industry, serving an annual user base exceeding 3 million.

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking an adept sales representative to join our international team. With offices in the UK and China, complemented by remote contributors spanning various countries including Serbia, Turkey, India, the Philippines, and beyond, we offer a dynamic and diverse work environment.

About the role

As a Sales Representative at ENF Solar, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our advertising packages and industry directory services to B2B photovoltaic (PV) companies globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising Package Sales: Drive sales of our Gold and Platinum advertising packages, ensuring potential clients understand the benefits of top positioning and maximum visibility for their products on our platform.
  • Industry Directory Subscriptions: Promote the ENF Solar Industry Directory Quarterly subscription, highlighting the value of accessing a database of over 57,600 PV companies for sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Drive the growth of our lead generation platform by effectively selling credit packages to customers. These credits enable customers to access and bid on high-quality leads through our proprietary inquiry system, ensuring they have the opportunity to engage with prospects that align with their business needs.
  • Market Research and Outreach: Actively research and reach out to new companies in the solar industry, utilizing ENF's comprehensive database and your networking skills to expand our client base.
  • Competitive Strategy: Advise clients on strategies to block competitors and increase their product's visibility on competitor pages, offering tailored solutions to reduce competition?? by promoting our yearly advertising packages.
  • Campaign Management: Work with clients to manage their advertising campaigns, from list page promotions to enhancing product page content with detailed descriptions and images.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with CRM tools, similar to Pipedrive, to manage sales pipelines effectively and track customer engagements.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in consultative selling or account management will be highly regarded. However, candidates who may lack direct experience but demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude are encouraged to apply, as we value potential and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships to drive sales success.
  • Previous experience in advertising or marketing agencies is preferred.
  • Previous experience with full-time remote work is a plus.

Compensation

  • Previous sales experience: €1,400 - €1,750 + Performance Bonus + 5% commission of all sales (including contract renewal each year of existing customers).
  • Fresh graduates / candidates with no sales experience: €1,200 + Performance Bonus + 5% commission of all sales
