We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Branding/Sales Representative to join our team. This role is based in Cape Town but involves national travel as part of the call cycle, primarily linked with Expos, Events, and Promotions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of cleaning products, generating leads, and meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and customer referrals.
- Represent Allijam at Expos, Events, and Promotions, ensuring a strong brand presence.
- Conduct regular sales calls and visits to clients and potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key clients and prospects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the cleaning products industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work from home and manage time effectively.
- The representative will be encouraged to be on the road and can work from home.
- They will have a designated office space at the factory in Jeppestown, Johannesburg, where they can access products and promotional tools.
- Regular visits to the factory are expected for product pick-ups and meetings, but daily office attendance is not required.
- The role will be measured based on output, lead generation, sales targets, and call cycles.
