About the position
As the Rental Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the rental department, leading a team of rental agents, and ensuring the successful leasing of apartments across our estates. We value diverse perspectives and believe in the potential for transferable skills, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales and management, even without a degree. We want our people to strive to be the best version of themselves and we don't settle for mediocrity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or promotions and management (minimum of 2 years), with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and leasing trends is not a must but a plus.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented.
- Competent with MS Office and other sales/CRM software
- No degree required; relevant experience and skills are paramount.
- Previous experience in hiring and managing a sales or promotions team is preferred.
