Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, cultivating strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets within the instrumentation industry. Leveraging your extensive experience in sales management and your deep understanding of the market, you will lead a team of passionate sales professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth.
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Staff Reporting: ± 12, plus external agents
Area: Gauteng, Free State, Limpopo, Northwest Province, Northern Cape - up to Kathu.
Key Performance Areas
Lead Sales Team: Guide team to meet sales targets effectively.
