About the position
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Kyalami Business Park, Kyalami, Johannesburg
Weekdays 7:00am - 5:00 pm
REMUNERATION:
- Cost To Company R35 000pm Basic Salary.
- Plus: Commission Earnings.
- Bonus Incentives
Job Description - the candidate must have a sold a product or service to corporate companies.
- Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- You will own several aspects of goal setting and should be capable of training, motivating, and monitoring sales teams to meet those goals.
- Design and implement a strategic sales business plan and processes.
- Expand company's customer base.
- Forecasting sales and creating reports.
- Excellent Knowledge of CRM and KPI systems.
- Sales data analysis.
- Writing training manuals or other reference documents for sales teams.

Requirements and Skills
- The Sales Manager should have been Sales Representatives first and must have excelled in that role. A strong track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer psychology and the sales process.

- Excellent Technology and Digital Skill Set.
- Qualification in sales, business administration or a related field
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business acumen.
