The role of a Sales Leader is one that demands utmost professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric approach. A Sales Leader builds trust with their clients by engaging them in a respectful manner and ensuring they are offered financial products in line with their needs.
The role calls for formal in-house training in conjunction with continuous on the job coaching and development.
As a Sales Leader with Old Mutual, you will represent the ideals and values to which the company has subscribed for over 175 years - Integrity, Professionalism, Customer-first.

What do we need from you?

• A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• RE and 120 Credits
• A clear criminal and credit check
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• A min of 3 years Working experience ( Preferably in Sales)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
