team members, set sales objectives and plan training programmes. As a sales
coordinator, you may assist team members in increasing their productivity by
scheduling appointments and ensuring they have up-to-date support material. You
will also liaise with other divisions within a business to ensure that sales, marketing,
and delivery go smoothly.

? Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales and Service
representatives are unavailable to quickly support their customers.
? Preparing onboarding paperwork across all 4 products and assisting with
contracts / orders till completion.
? Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, risk,
deployments, CIT, and finance queries are all handled quickly and efficiently.
? Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare
reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
? Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential
customers as possible.
? Assisting with collating data and information and presenting up to date reports
to the Regional Manager.
? General administration tasks to support the Regional Manager of the territory.
? Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
? Tertiary qualification preferable.
? 2 or more years' experience in sales support/coordination/administration
.
Skills and Competencies:
? Computer literacy on MS Office.
? Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
? The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
