Job Title: Recovery Nurse Experienced

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recovery Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Recovery Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized, holistic, and person-centered nursing care for patients, their families, or the community. This role requires both direct and indirect patient care, with a focus on coordinating care within a multi-disciplinary health team. Utilizing scientifically based nursing theories and processes, you will treat patients as physical, social, and spiritual individuals while employing educational and technical means relevant to healthcare practice.

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council
• Grade 12 / Matric

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of theatre recovery experience within a private hospital environment
• Capacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required by accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation
• Willingness to be flexible in working hours/shift work
