About the position
TASKS: Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goal, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts. Create and excecute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and grows the company's monthly revenue. Meet with potential clients to introduce the company and make sure that clients understand ALL that the company has to offer as well as to teach new representatives at clients. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them and monitor their performance. Identifiy knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. Ensure that company sales KPI's are met by holding daily check-in's with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Host a weekely sales meeting with each of your branches. Attend monthly national sales catch-up. Manage the monthly and quarterly sales reporting, also ensure that this is inline with company objectives and consistent nationally. Generate sales into high value accounts and set target list accordingly.
