About the position
Listed Retail Group requires a Seasoned Regional Manager for their stores in Swaziland. Only candidates who are eligible to work in Swaziland will be considered! Requirements and main duties: The successful candidate will monitor, manage and improve the performance of the stores in the region, train, discipline , assist, coach current store operators. The successful candidate should be a resident/citizen of Swaziland.
The incumbent will be looking after the stores based in the country (region).
They will be required to travel quite considerably countrywide to the various locations / stores.
solid experience in overseeing multiple stores would be beneficial.
Matric/Grade 12/O-Levels - non-negotiable
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a management role in the retail industry
