About the position
This position will be based in our Freshstop Division at our Eastern Cape region and will report directly to the Head of Operations.
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our team. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations within a region, ensuring that all sites are operating efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to multi-task, and have a proven track record of managing teams to achieve business objectives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within a region
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and productivity
- Manage, hire, train, and develop site managers and supporting staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements to increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement strategies that support overall company goals
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on operational performance, including budgets, revenue, expenses, and KPIs
- Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner
