Recovery Agent (Home Loans)

About the position

We are seeking Recovery Agents with at least 2 years' experience in collecting on home loan portfolios. Are you a hardworking and self-motivated candidate, then this is the position for you.
Minimum Requirements
-        Matric
-        2 years banking collections (Home loans)
-        Excalibur experience.
-        Willingness to work overtime if required.
 
Experience Required
-        CACS system exposure.
-        Proficient at handling both inbound and outbound calls.
-        Experience with both early stage and late stage (legal) accounts.
-        Comfortable working on both manual and predictive dialer and under strict deadlines.

Skills Required
-        Seeking fast learning, hardworking, self-motivated candidate.
-        Excellent phone etiquette and fair drafting skills.
-        Able to work under pressure.
