Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 2 - 3 Years switchboard/reception experience
• Proficient on MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome Guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Operate switchboard by answering all incoming calls
• Attend to Guests refreshment needs
• Schedule boardroom bookings
• Ensure reception Is clean and tidy
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a common goal
