About the position

Our client in the Construction / PM industry has a vacancy available for a Quantity Surveyor.
The position is based in Parktown. Salary - R45 000 pm, depending on experience. 

Duties:

  • Liaising with clients to identify their needs.
  • Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
  • Assigning work to subcontractors.

Requirements:


  • Relevant Degree / Qualification 
  • 3-5 Years experience as a QS
  • Experience with Internal fit-outs / residential builds.
