About the position
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Provincial Manager in the insurance space to lead our client operations in Cape Town. As a Provincial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring excellent service delivery, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Requirements:
- Education: B Degree in Commerce or a relevant insurance qualification.
- FAIS Eligibility: You must be eligible to be appointed as a Representative in line with FAIS requirements.
- Experience:
- Business Development: A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development.
- Operations and Service: Significant experience in operations and service management.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
- Sales Management: Demonstrated experience in sales management.
- Critical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Solid understanding of financial and business acumen.
