About the position

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Provincial Manager in the insurance space to lead our client operations in Cape Town. As a Provincial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring excellent service delivery, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Requirements:

  • Education: B Degree in Commerce or a relevant insurance qualification.
  • FAIS Eligibility: You must be eligible to be appointed as a Representative in line with FAIS requirements.
  • Experience:
  • Business Development: A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development.
  • Operations and Service: Significant experience in operations and service management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Sales Management: Demonstrated experience in sales management.
  • Critical Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Solid understanding of financial and business acumen.
