I am urgently looking for Property Portfolio Manager in the Property Space!!

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for property management? I am seeking a qualified and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team in Sandton. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to grow your career in property management.

Key Requirements:
Property administration qualifications and proven experience.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong numeracy and financial skills with a keen appreciation for detail.
Proficiency in computer literacy and a thorough understanding of the MDA property management system.
Ability to adapt to various environments and handle diverse work demands.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of sensitivity to client and tenant needs.
Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet job demands.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
