Property Client Liaison Officer - Conveyancing

Role Overview: As a CLO/PRO, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Conveyancing department by liaising with Estate Agents throughout the conveyancing process and actively engaging in new business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Conveyancing department to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with Estate Agents to ensure seamless cooperation.
• Drive new business development efforts to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the legal or property sector.
• Full bilingual proficiency.
• Access to own transportation and a valid driver's license.

Additional Information: This role entails significant fieldwork, with the majority of your time spent visiting Estate Agents to foster relationships and provide support with conveyancing matters.
