About the position
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making property viewing appointments for our onsite viewing agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English skills, good telephone manners, a confident persona, and a go-get-them attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Warm leads and Cold calling prospective clients to schedule property viewing appointments.
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Providing information about available properties and arranging suitable viewing times.
- Maintaining accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Following up with clients to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborating with onsite viewing agents to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English skills.
- Good telephone manners and communication skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a PC or laptop.
- Comfortable working from a home office environment.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based remuneration structure.
- Previous experience in sales and Property sales preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with internet-based call systems is a plus.
