You're Role:
- Marketing Properties: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants for high-end residential properties.
- Engaging with Potential Tenants: Communicating with potential tenants to showcase properties and address inquiries.
- Arranging Viewings / Handling Queries: Scheduling property viewings and addressing any queries from prospective tenants.
- Tenant Placement and Administration: Managing the process of tenant placement, ensuring compliance with FICA regulations, vetting procedures, and handling leasing documents.
- Financial Administration: Assisting with debtors and other administrative duties related to property management.
Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Minimum)
- Personable and positive attitude, with confidence in interacting with strangers
- Proven experience in sales or leasing within the property market.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills, reflecting a warm and customer-focused approach.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Own transport is essential.
