About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PROJECT & LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR for an Interior Design company based in DURBANVILLE.

Role Description

This role involves working closely with the senior designer, handling various tasks to streamline their design projects from client consultations and generating quotations to coordinate projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a support role. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team, while playing a crucial role in the overall success of their organization.
You will also be involved in project management and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Customer service experience
  • 3-5 years experience in project management and logistics
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Extensive knowledge in XERO Accounting is a strong requirement
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Must be in excellent health
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working hours: From Mondays to Friday 8h00 until 17h00
