As a Paraplanner, you'll play a crucial role in assisting Financial Advisors with comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement proposals. Your days will be filled with conducting financial needs analysis, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, preparing client reports, and providing technical support to advisors. To excel in this role, you'll need a completed Finance degree as well as being in the process to qualifying as a CFP. You also need to have gained a minimum of one year of experience in financial planning. A proactive approach to problem-solving, proficiency in financial planning software, and a sound understanding of regulatory requirements are essential. Additionally, you need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have your own reliable transport.
