About the position

Salary: R25-R30K per month negotiable plus medical aid contribution

Our client is a Non- Profit organisation focused on African stakeholders and International Investors in all areas of the Energy Industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing PAID digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Google Search, LinkedIn paid campaigns, YouTube ads, and various social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Understanding of the African market is KEY and non-negotiable
  • 4 years min experience in Paid Digital Media/Social Media/Campaign management working for Professional Services is non-negotiable- NOT Product based!
  • Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
