About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Design Specialst to assist our Human Resources department in conducting an organizational review and redesign. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in drafting job profiles, creating competency skill matrices, defining career paths, and developing assessment methodologies to enhance operational performance within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define job profiles for both existing and new roles within the organization.
  • Establish clear standards of excellence and career progression paths for employees.
  • Develop comprehensive competency and skill matrices to guide talent development and deployment.
  • Design a variety of situational judgement tests to effectively measure competency and skill requirements.
  • Draft standard operating procedures to streamline organizational processes and ensure consistency.
  • Create training materials aligned with identified competency frameworks to facilitate workforce development.
  • Facilitate workshops to introduce and implement new operational methodologies and "Ways of Working."
  • Provide support in the implementation of newly designed organizational structures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop individualized development plans for employees.

Expected Outcomes/Key Deliverables:

  • Documented job profiles/roles with clearly defined responsibilities and requirements.
  • Comprehensive competency framework with detailed behavioral definitions across various job roles.
  • Well-defined assessment methodology, including an assessment matrix for evaluating competencies.
  • Establishment of new positions and career progression paths within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
