What you will be doing:
- Lead the way in shaping assessment strategies for our dynamic Foundation pipeline.
- Align our assessment practices with success profiles, fostering growth and development.
- Implement cutting-edge assessment methods and tools for impactful outcomes.
- Join a collaborative team managing budgets and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Be a thought leader, driving positive changes and monitoring the impact of assessments.
- Build HR capacity, ensuring our people contribute to successful assessment outcomes.
- Navigate accountability with finesse, ensuring compliance and managing risks.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and service providers for mutual success.
- Be a key player in integrating assessments into our learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to exciting strategic initiatives that shape the future of assessment and development.
What you need:
- Honours Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology required.
- A Masters Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology would be advantageous.
- Be a registered Psychometrist or Psychologist with the HPCSA.
- Bring over 5 years of experience, including two years in administering competency and psychometric assessments.
- Be the expert advising Line Managers and elevating HR capabilities in assessment governance and practice.
