Order Processor

About the position

We are seeking for a dynamic candidate to receive, validate, and capture customer orders into thesales system. The successful candidate must have computer proficiency, filing and telephone experience, and organizational skills.

Key responsibilties

• Capture orders on the system.
• Manage proof of deliveries.
• Accurate filling of all orders and POD's.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
• Communicate delivery updates with sales team.
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
• Track shipments and update master list.
• Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary.

Requirements

• Computer literate
• Proficiency in English
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• Ad-hoc duties when required.

Qualifications and experience

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
